Summary
Cloud Osthar Studio (the "Studio") runs only on our own computer. It has no server and no user accounts of its own, it does no tracking, and it never sells or shares data.
What the Studio accesses
When an account is connected, the Studio asks the platform (YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn or TikTok) for the smallest set of permissions it needs to publish our videos:
- basic profile details (account ID, name or username, avatar), used to show which account is connected;
- permission to upload and publish videos, with their titles and captions, to that account;
- for Facebook and Instagram, the list of Pages and the linked Instagram business account, so the right one is posted to.
The Studio does not read private messages, contacts or friends lists, and it does not access other people's data.
Where data is stored
Sign-in tokens and app keys stay on our computer only, encrypted with the operating system's secure storage. They are never sent to any server except the platform they belong to. Videos and captions are sent only to the platform being posted to.

Removing data
To remove an account, press Disconnect in the Studio, which deletes its stored tokens. You can also revoke access at any time in the platform's own settings:
- Google: myaccount.google.com/permissions
- Facebook and Instagram: Settings → Business integrations
- LinkedIn: Settings → Data privacy → Permitted services
- TikTok: Settings → Security and permissions → Apps
To ask us to delete anything, email us and we will do it within 30 days.
Google API Services
The Studio's use of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
