1. What this covers
These terms cover the Cloud Osthar website and Cloud Osthar Studio (the "Studio"). The Studio is a desktop app that Cloud Osthar uses to make its own videos and publish them to its own social media accounts.
2. Who can use the Studio
The Studio is not offered to the public. Only Cloud Osthar uses it, to manage accounts that Cloud Osthar owns. By connecting an account, you confirm that you own it or are allowed to manage it.
3. Platform rules
The Studio works through the official APIs of YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and TikTok. Everything posted through it must follow each platform's own terms, community guidelines and content policies. Each platform's terms apply alongside these.
4. Your content
You keep ownership of the content you publish. You are responsible for having the rights to everything you post, including music, images and video.
5. No warranty
The Studio and this website are provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for lost posts, account actions taken by platforms, or any indirect damages, to the extent the law allows.
6. Changes
We may update these terms. Any change takes effect when the new version is posted on this page.
